Small Business Ethics
We are a small, USA based business.
Our promise to all Schaaf Tools customers:
Excellent customer communication with our dedicated team
Replacements for any tools that don't meet expectations
Return for 100% money-back if unsatisfied
Schaaf sets itself apart from the competition by listening to the carving community to guide our decisions. The feedback we gather from customers and professionals alike informs our development of a product.
The result is a pen chisel set that's easier to use because of its new, more comfortable handles, and carbon steel blades hardened to HRC 62 that have undergone an extra finishing step at the factory so you can be confident using them out of the box.
We listened, so here's what you'll get:
A razor sharp set of versatile carving tools and everything you need to keep them sharp
Lot's of free learning material to help beginners get started
a dedicated team here to help if you need it
Which Handle Size is Right For Me
Wondering whether to go with the large or small handled tools? Its personal preference (some people with smaller hands still prefer the larger handles.)
That being said, according to the feedback we've received, the general rule is:
larger hands (a medium or larger glove size) prefer the large handle set
smaller hands (most of the women and children who gave us feedback) prefer the small handle set
