Place a tea bag in a heat tolerant pitcher. Add 1 quart of boiling water and steep for 8 minutes (longer if you prefer stronger iced tea). Remove the tea bag and pour over ice. Iced tea can be kept at room temperature for up to 8 hours and may cloud if refrigerated.
