- If you have a reflector issue, please contact Osmo directly through our corporate website and we'll provide support. The Osmo reflector was updated due to the release of the thin bezel models. The new reflector is adjustable and works on both new and old devices.

1. Remove the Osmo Base from its packaging. 2. Place your iPad or iPhone on the Osmo Base. 3. Connect the coding blocks to the Osmo Base. 4. Launch the corresponding game app on your iPad or iPhone. 5. Follow the on-screen instructions to play the game using the coding blocks.
